I ordered from hackett.com and, to be fair, everything did turn up in good condition. Nothing was damaged and the items were all there, so I can’t really complain about that part.

The annoying bit was the lack of clear communication. The shipping felt slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update for a couple of days, so I had no idea whether the parcel had actually left the warehouse or was just sitting there.
The parcel was packed fine, but considering the delivery cost, I expected the whole process to feel a bit more organised. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a average one with updates that could definitely be clearer

It fit me perfectly, which was a nice surprise. sizing issues can be so preventable when the measurements are accurate, and this one was spot on.

I waited a few days just to get a reply, which was frustrating, but it’s not even about the wait. The response I finally got didn’t really help or answer my question, so I was left pretty much where I started. Not a great experience overall

I sent this back a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. I probably should’ve followed up sooner, but life’s been hectic, and now it’s just frustrating that nothing has come through yet.

I’ve worn this shirt a few times now, and so far it feels really good. The fabric is comfortable and the stitching looks solid, so it seems like it’ll hold up well. It is a bit on the pricey side, but based on the quality, I feel like it’s a dependable buy.

Picked up a jumper and a shirt in the sale and, they feel good for what I paid. There’s something about it that makes it feel like decent value without spending loads. Delivery was fine as well, no issues. I’d probably order again when they’ve got offers on.
